I have built additions and done remodeling work myself and was impressed with the quality and value in the project he is doing for us. The tradesmen he uses are top notch and all told me Doug was a good contractor to have worked with for many years. This is important. Each time I called or e-mailed Doug I got a response right away. Small changes we asked for were done at cost or N/C. Everything was explained in an honest and complete manner. No BS.
I have been accused by my wife of being a detail pain in the back. Doug has always made me at ease. Building a new home can be stressful, Doug exudes competency and knows how to satisfy a worrier like myself:). I could not have found a better contractor for our vacation home and I am happy to speak to anyone considering CCH.
